Product Guarantees Digitel Technology Ltd wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not fully delighted with your purchase it may be returned for refund or exchanged within a period of 14 days from the date we send to you. Product(s) must be returned in new and re-saleable condition with the original packaging, accessories, guarantees and instructions and must be accompanied by a completed Return Form. Subject to the merchandise not being defective, the following may not be returned and are not refundable - cut to length wire and cable, opened or unsealed components, batteries, styli, connected Mobile phones, business equipment and opened kits. Defective items may be exchanged for the same title within 30 days of date of shipment. Returns that are not made as set out above will not be accepted for refund or exchange. See 'Terms & Conditions' for returns information. Products are generally supplied with a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee (3 months on some toys). Depending on make and model these are repaired, or replaced at our/manufacturer's option. On-site maintenance is supplied free of charge during the first year on certain business machines (eg particular faxes) where specified. Some products sold by digiteltechnology.co.uk come with a limited warranty or software licence provided by a third-party manufacturer or vendor. All merchandise which does not include a warranty and/or software licence by the manufacturer, vendor, Digitel Technology Ltd, or digiteltechnology.co.uk is sold AS IS, without warranty. digiteltechnology.co.uk makes no other guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to the merchandise. Products that have been subject to misuse (including lightning & static discharge), neglect, accidental damage or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and are not capable of being tested are excluded from any warranty by digiteltechnology.co.uk. digiteltechnology.co.uk shall have no liability to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any iability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the product including, but not limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the product. The products we sell are not authorised for use as critical components in human implantable devices, or life support devices or systems. A critical component is any component of a human implantable device, a life support device or system, whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the implant, life support device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness, provided that nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights when dealing as a consumer, or liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Digitel Technology Ltd.
